David Lapidus
Senior Vice President
David Lapidus is Senior Vice President of Acquisitions responsible for acquisition analyses, financial due diligence, asset management assignments and a variety of market studies.
Prior to joining McCarthy Cook & Co. in January 2002, he worked as a Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst in the Technology/Media/Telecom Group of Lazard Frères & Co. in New York. Mr. Lapidus received a B.A. in English Language and Literature from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor where he graduated with honors.
