Chris Caskey joined McCarthy Cook on Monday October 14th as a Financial Analyst. Chris focuses on acquisitions, underwriting, asset management and other special projects. He also works with property management to provide support to leasing and operations initiatives.
Chris brings a diverse background in real estate consulting, growth strategy, and entrepreneurship to the team. Prior to McCarthy Cook, Chris consulted on the acquisition and sale of multifamily and industrial properties. Most recently, he served as the Growth Manager at Joon — a mental health start-up where he was the first business hire and played a pivotal role in scaling the company.
Chris graduated with honors from the USC Iovine and Young Academy.
